The service

Parsemend provides error tracking and an AI fix agent. The free tier includes error tracking only, is free of charge, and carries no service level commitment.

Agent-generated code

The agent proposes changes. It opens draft pull requests, and it does not merge them.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing and merging any code the agent produces. Parsemend makes no warranty that a patch is correct, safe, secure, or suitable for any purpose, and does not run your test suite against it. A draft pull request from the agent has exactly the standing of a draft pull request from a stranger who has read your stack trace: possibly right, worth reading, and yours to accept or reject.

Do not merge a patch you have not read.

Your model providers

In bring-your-own-agent, your-keys and CLI modes, inference is billed to you by your model provider under their terms. Parsemend is not a party to that relationship and does not resell inference.

Acceptable use

Do not use Parsemend to process data you are not entitled to process, and do not point the agent at a repository you do not have the right to modify.

Changes

These terms will change before launch, because a lawyer has not read them yet.
