Questions
Getting started
What is Parsemend?
Error tracking, uptime and cron monitoring, logs and tracing in one hosted service. When something breaks, it alerts your team and your coding agent, which can fix the issue and open a pull request.
How do I send errors to Parsemend?
Create a project, install the open-source SDK for your language (for example composer require sentry/sentry-laravel or npm install @sentry/node) and paste the project's DSN.
Do I need a Sentry account?
No. The SDKs are open-source packages; with a Parsemend DSN nothing is sent to Sentry.
Agents and automation
How does an agent pick up an error automatically?
Add a webhook to an alert rule and point it at a job that runs your agent. The signed payload carries the issue id; the agent pulls the issue over Parsemend's MCP server, fixes it and opens a pull request.
Which agents work with Parsemend?
Any agent that speaks MCP. Claude Code and Codex register it with one command; Cursor and other clients use the standard mcpServers configuration.
Does Parsemend need access to my GitHub repositories?
No. Your agent uses its own access to read the code and open the pull request. Only the Business review and QA features use the Parsemend GitHub App.
Do I have to give Parsemend an AI key?
No. Your agent uses its own model; Parsemend's MCP tools make no model call.
